Hi everyone! Just a little update for tomorrow 💛 With some rain in the forecast, we’ve made a few changes to make things even smoother. We’ll now have smaller buses that can take you right down to the Portsea Surf Club and back up to the marquee at Leyden Ave, so no one will get wet! We’ll be starting with champagne and canapés at the Surf Club before heading back to the marquee to continue the celebrations. So no need to worry, we’ve got the wet weather plan all sorted! But in true Portsea style, the weather could surprise us yet. Bring your dancing shoes and get ready for the best night ever! We’ve organised buses to make getting to the wedding as easy as possible! Pick-up locations & times: BUS 1: Blairgowrie Bus Stop (opposite the shops): 2:00 PM BUS 1: Hotel Sorrento: 2:15 PM BUS 2: Portsea Hotel: 2:00 PM Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can depart on time!

We're exchanging vows where we met 10 years ago! Join us as we begin this next chapter together. We will stay here for some canapés and drinks before heading to the Yencken's.

We’ve organised buses to make getting to the wedding as easy as possible!

Pick-up locations & times:

Blairgowrie Bus Stop (opposite the shops): 2:00 PM

Portsea Hotel: 2:00 PM

Hotel Sorrento: 2:15 PM

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can depart on time!

Return:

If you’d like a lift home, buses will depart the venue at 12:00 AM and return to the same locations.

Are Children Invited?

We love your little ones, but this celebration is adults-only to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Is parking available?

Please note there is no parking available at the venue.

To make things easy, we’ve arranged a bus service to and from the ceremony and reception.

Will there be transportation provided?

We’ll have a shuttle service running to make getting to and from the celebrations easy.

Pick-up locations: Sorrento Hotel, Portsea Hotel, and Blairgowrie Bus Stop (opposite the shops)

Drop-offs: The shuttle will take you to the ceremony at Portsea Surf Life Saving Club, then on to the reception — and back home afterwards.

Can I take pictures?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and capture all the fun moments!
